What do you like best about Mitratech AssureHire?

My favorite features of MT AssureHire are the I-9 export functionality, automated email notifications, and the ability to view SSNs and dates of birth for efficient employee record creation. What do you dislike about Mitratech AssureHire?

Honestly, there is very little I would change about the product. It has been a valuable tool for our team, and the features we rely on work well. What problems is Mitratech AssureHire solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mitratech AssureHire has streamlined our pre-employment screening process by providing candidates with the ability to self-schedule their appointments, reducing administrative burden on our HR team and creating a more convenient experience for applicants. Additionally, AssureHire worked with us to ensure our local hospital's laboratory was included as an available testing location. This has made the screening process more accessible for our candidates, reduced travel requirements, and helped us move applicants through the hiring process more efficiently.
