What do you like best about Miso.ai?

Miso.ai has helped us along our path of achieving a linear commerce experience where we blend great content and product recommendation and search experiences on our website, Speedwaymotors.com. What do you dislike about Miso.ai?

Early on the platform was lacking some features we needed to for the customer experiences we were trying to achieve but the team has been very responsive in understanding the problems we have and helping us overcome them with innovative ideas and solutions. What problems is Miso.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Miso.ai provides our customers with relevant and high-performing search results, great product and article recommendations both on our website and other channels. With a site that has as many products as ours (100,000+). It's very challenging to provide our customers with great search and rec experiences but Miso.ai has been able to help us improve conversion rates and average order values.
