"Miro Makes Project Planning and Team Collaboration Effortless"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Miro?

What I like most about Miro is that it just makes planning easier. I use it quite a lot when we’re starting a project to put ideas together, sketch out workflows, and figure out how everything should connect. The interface feels pretty straightforward, so I don’t have to spend time figuring out where things are. I also like the fact that the whole team can jump onto the same board, add their ideas, and make changes while we’re discussing something. It feels more natural than going back and forth over messages or documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Miro?

The main thing I don’t like is that the boards can get a bit messy when there’s a lot going on. Once you have a big project with lots of frames, notes, and diagrams, it can take some time to find exactly what you’re looking for. There are also quite a few features, so it takes a little while to get comfortable with everything. The pricing can feel a bit high for a small team if you’re not using Miro regularly, so I think the value depends a lot on how much you actually use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Miro, a lot of our project planning was scattered across chats, documents, and random notes. Miro gives us one visual space where we can put the project requirements, workflows, ideas, and rough designs together. This makes it much easier to explain an idea to the team and see how different parts of a project fit together. It also saves us time during planning because we can collaborate on the same board instead of constantly sharing screenshots or updating separate documents. For me, the biggest benefit is simply having a clear picture of the project before we start building it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
