Mirakl Connect is super friendly and easy to use. I like that we have unlimited users, so our product, accounting, customer service, and finance teams can each use the platform for their work. The customer service is really good: people are always willing to help, and we get a response whenever we need something. It keeps our retailers and orders in one place and synchronizes inventory with Shopify. It worked really well for us and made things a lot easier. Setup took just minutes, with only a few steps to connect Shopify. When we switched, it was free for the volume we had. I think the catalog transformer has improved a lot, but there's still a lot to do. I can't modify products within Mirakl Connect, so I have to download the Excel file and upload it again.
