The most helpful aspects of Miracle Service are keeping accurate records of clients and their leased/owned equipment along with contracts, logging technician calls and sales orders for products pertaining to customer's equipment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's such a particular program that 1 minor click can completely throw off a sales order, sometimes even locking the program up. Many time I accidentally erase the date for closing a service call and I can't get passed the error and have to kill the program. During billing I have some issues exporting documents with no details on what the error is. Billing is such a crucial time with the thousands of invoices we create and sometimes the program just isn't as reliable and trustworthy as you would like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
