What do you like best about MIR-RT?

What I like most about MIR-RT is the ease of execution on a daily basis. The platform is simple to use, intuitive, and it saves a lot of time in operations. Information is easy to find, tasks are completed quickly, and this greatly reduces complications as well as unnecessary time wastage.

I also appreciate the fact that the system helps to standardize work methods. This facilitates tracking, improves communication between teams, and makes operations management more efficient. Even for employees less accustomed to technological tools, getting started remains relatively quick.

What do you dislike about MIR-RT?

Honestly, I don't really have any major negative points to raise regarding MIR-RT. So far, the experience is positive and the system meets operational needs well. The platform is efficient, easy to use, and greatly facilitates the execution of daily tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MIR-RT solving and how is that benefiting you?

MIR-RT greatly helps in solving planning and organization problems of operations. Thanks to the planning module, everything is much simpler to manage on a daily basis. It allows for better visibility on tasks, availability, and priorities, which reduces oversights, scheduling conflicts, and time wastage.

The system also facilitates coordination between teams and improves task tracking in real time. This allows for greater efficiency, better resource allocation, and quicker decision-making.
