"Great Out-of-the-Box Reports with Excellent Customization"

What do you like best about minware?

What I like best about minware is its flexibility. The platform comes with a great set of engineering reports out of the box, so you can start getting value immediately. At the same time, those reports are highly customizable, and minQL makes it possible to build your own metrics and dashboards tailored to your team's workflow rather than being limited to predefined reports.

I also really liked the overall UI/UX. The interface is clean, intuitive, and makes it easy to explore engineering metrics, modify dashboards, and navigate the product without a steep learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about minware?

We didn't have any significant complaints about the product. The biggest challenge was getting our custom Asana integration configured, but that was largely due to our unusual setup rather than minware itself.

What problems is minware solving and how is that benefiting you?

Minware gave us much better visibility into our software delivery process. Instead of relying on subjective impressions, we could measure key engineering metrics like Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, and estimation accuracy.

The ability to customize reports and dashboards meant we could align the analytics with our own workflow, making it easier to spot bottlenecks, evaluate process changes, and support engineering decisions with real data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
