What do you like best about MinutesMonitor?

Very easy to use and very affordable. It has saved me tons of time and thousands of dollars. Property managers like me, managing multiple properties, need to know if any properties are receiving citations for code violations or have any other issues. City Councils and city zoning departments publish this information in their meeting minutes and meeting agendas. MinutesMonitor can serve as an early warning system - preventing minor problems from becoming significant problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MinutesMonitor?

I wish it ran more frequently (like daily rather than weekly). However, I have seen how fast the product is improving, so I assume MinutesMonitor will resolve this soon, and it will run daily or even hourly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MinutesMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you?

It automatically searches the meeting minutes and agendas published by the county and city government agencies where I manage real estate properties. It searches these minutes and agendas for the search terms I specify and alerts me when they are found. For example, I can include the name or address of the apartment complex I manage, and if this apartment complex is discussed in the county/city meeting, I am notified.
