"Smooth Workday SCIM Provisioning and Seamless Day-One Access Automation"

What do you like best about miniOrange Identity & Access Management?

SCIM provisioning with Workday was the part I was most nervous about, but once it was configured it worked smoothly. New joiners now get application access automatically on day one based on their role and department. When someone changes teams, access updates automatically as well, and deprovisioning is handled within the offboarding workflow instead of being a separate manual task. For B2E identity, miniOrange is one of the stronger platforms we’ve evaluated. The pre-built connectors for Salesforce, Microsoft 365, our trading platform, and our internal HR portal worked out of the box and didn’t require any custom development. What do you dislike about miniOrange Identity & Access Management?

The initial scoping conversation could have been more focused. We had a few back-and-forth discussions early on to pin down the right deployment configuration for our hybrid environment, and that added time to the pre-deployment phase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is miniOrange Identity & Access Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before, our access management was fragmented: different teams managed different platforms independently, and there was no consistent enforcement of MFA or least privilege. miniOrange brought it all together into a single pane of glass, so we can clearly see who has access, which MFA method they’re using, when they last authenticated, and what they’ve accessed over the last 30 days. As a result, our SOX access review prep time dropped by roughly half. And in the 12 months since we deployed automated, HRMS-driven provisioning, we haven’t found a single orphaned account during audit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
