What do you like best about MinerEye DataTracker?

MinerEye can scan hundreds of thousands of unstructured files and find unique GDPR/CCPA personal records. Show it examples of records types and classification levels and it can scan your entire inventory and match files to record types and classification levels. Show it a confidential document and it will find all same and similar documents anywhere on your drives. It is the easiest answer to "what data do I have and do I need to keep on the terabytes of unstructured data". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MinerEye DataTracker?

It is a maturing tool, and it relies upon other technology providers to enable some of the other capabilities needed for an enterprise solution, such as, if MinerEye finds HR/PII data is in the wrong location on the system, I need another tool to move that data to the appropriate secure location. What problems is MinerEye DataTracker solving and how is that benefiting you?

MinerEye solves (4) business problems. (1) What data do I have on a person? Where is it? How much? GDPR/CCPA data requests. (2) Show me all of the data classification information I have in unstructured data. You show MinerEye examples, and it finds all of the same or similar documents. (3) Data event occurs, what data has changed in the unstructured data? Helps with compromise assessment and incident response assessments, and (4) data migration/data conversion/records management - show me what documents I have, age, last opened, etc, and I can determine a data cleansing, records management strategy, and/or data conversion plan for acquisitions.
