I think navigation on any platform, especially when an entire company is learning it, is important for the administrator who is trying to teach the company that purchased it. Once you land the basic navigation of the platform, the customization for your programs/lessons becomes nearly endless. It's been quite fun building out programs for our company, and I thank their support team for all the help getting there. Their onboarding/support team is just as great as the UI I'm such a big fan of. **What do you dislike about Mindtickle?** I've had a problem or two with slow load times after clicking a simple "Back" button. I also had a problem copying/deleting a series that wouldn't delete for a while. I had to go to support about it, but they were very thorough in helping me conquer the problem. However, this is all just being picky. **What problems is Mindtickle solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have actively had problems solved by the Mindtickle support team if we came across any, such as a series staying active after being deleted or a lack of integration with other platforms.
