Mindswarms allows you the functionality and scale of a Survey Monkey only with more qualitative and informative information gleaned from video snippets. It also provides a gamification element to add additional benefit to the surveyed and makes it easy to do a large number of qual based questions in a relatively short amount of time. Not much. I really enjoyed the clean, efficient system through which Mindswarms collects their information and clients really enjoy a quote directly from a consumer - because it makes it real for them.
