What do you like best about Mindrops?

Two things. The filter and download setup on the admin panel is practical rather than decorative, so pulling a site specific inward report for a date range takes seconds instead of a support request. The other is how the mobile screens were kept short, which matters when an operator is entering data at a busy gate. That came from them actually observing our process before designing it. What do you dislike about Mindrops?

Handover documentation was minimal, so internal training for site staff needed extra calls that a basic user guide would have covered. The initial version of the admin filters was also too dense for our non technical users and had to be simplified after go live rather than being caught at design review stage. What problems is Mindrops solving and how is that benefiting you?

Material inward at our warehousing sites was recorded manually at the gate and re entered into spreadsheets later, so head office never had current data and no entry could be traced back to a specific operator. Site expenses and reimbursements sat in separate files maintained by different coordinators, which made monthly reconciliation slow. Mindrops built a mobile application for field entry and a web admin panel that consolidates all of it. Inward records are now available the same day with operator names attached, and site wise expenses and balance receivable are visible without asking anyone to compile a sheet.
