What do you like best about Mindrops?

Best thing was that they did not push a ready made template on us. The intention based shopping is a big part of how the brand talks about its products, and they built it as a proper second menu across the site instead of just a banner. Most people would have said it is too much extra work. Here it actually got done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mindrops?

Product writing was not covered at all, so the whole content side stayed with our team with no help or direction. The product page rebuild also took longer than the time first given, and nobody told us the new date until we asked for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mindrops solving and how is that benefiting you?

Taking orders was the biggest headache. Everything at Novah by Akankshaa was sold through Instagram messages, so people asked for prices one by one and orders got noted down by hand. During festive weeks things went wrong often and customers could never see the full range in one place.

Mindrops built a proper online store that replaced all of that, with clear collections, real product pages and a checkout that works. People now shop on their own, save things to wishlist and pay without anyone from our side getting involved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
