"The Catalogue Section Alone Was Worth the Rebuild"

What do you like best about Mindrops?

The catalogue section is the clearest improvement. Customers can now search and download manufacturer catalogues directly on the site rather than waiting for someone to send a PDF over email. Page load speed also improved noticeably after the rebuild, which matters for visitors browsing on mobile networks in smaller cities where a lot of the client base is located. What do you dislike about Mindrops?

The catalogue upload process needed to be reworked partway through the build because the original file structure did not hold up once the full product range was added. That added a short delay to one part of the project. A clearer file format plan at the start would have avoided it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mindrops solving and how is that benefiting you?

Adarsh Scientific Corporation's biggest problem going into this project was a website that no longer represented a sixty year old business in laboratory chemicals and scientific instrument distribution. Product information was scattered across PDF brochures that had to be emailed to customers individually, and there was no real system for buyers to browse manufacturer catalogues or check product availability on their own.

Institutional and pharmaceutical clients researching suppliers online would land on a site that looked outdated compared to competitors. Mindrops rebuilt the site with an organized product showcase, a proper catalogue section, and a working enquiry system, which removed a lot of manual back and forth for the sales team.
