The built-in templates fit well with tasks like planning, expense tracking, and execution timelines. **What do you dislike about MindManager?** I've tried to find issues, but honestly, MindManager has been dependable across all our use cases. Even for features that seem complex at first, the built-in help resources make things easier to grasp. **What problems is MindManager solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can clearly structure proposals and scenario comparisons in a way that feels manageable, not overwhelming. They can also do more than just traditional mindmpas now which means the system is not as narrow in focus as it was. But at it's base level it's an excellent way to visualise and capture discussions and brainstorming. It's very easy to use and there is no implementation required so you just get a licence and away you go. It can be used in every meeting or ideation session where these kind of abstract ideas linked together need to be captured . **What do you dislike about MindManager?** It is still somewhat of a luxury item. It is doing something that can be achieved with pen and paper and while it is not very expensive it could still be out of reach finacially for some smaller companies. The ability to have multiple people work on the same document is limited to a subscription model which is more expensive than the stand alone application. **What problems is MindManager solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is improving efficiency and reducing waste. No instead of needing flip charts and markers and having to collate and take photos after to share it via email with large files sizes across dozens of people you can do it digitally and have multiple people change, comment and update without wasting paper or time emailing . ### 4. It seems very user-friendly and conducive to ideation. I personally leverage the ability to toggle between map, org chart, flowchart, and other visualizations gives users options to think and present ideas differently. **What do you dislike about MindManager?** Only one thing I dislike is the pricing seems quite high, especially for smaller teams and individuals. More affordable pricing tiers could help make it accessible to a wider range of users.
