What do you like best about MindInventory?

MindInventory has been a strong development partner for us. What I appreciate most is their ability to take our business requirements and translate them into a functioning mobile platform. Their team has been responsive, professional, and willing to work through complex features and integrations as the product has evolved.

Communication with the project team has generally been consistent, and they have been flexible as our priorities and requirements have changed. What do you dislike about MindInventory?

The areas for improvement have been relatively minor compared with the overall quality of the work. We have encountered some issues that I would have expected to be identified through QA and testing before they reached us.

I would appreciate greater transparency around how cost estimates are developed. I sometimes have difficulty understanding how the estimated hours and costs are determined, and I would have expected the process to be somewhat more predictable or formula-driven. A clearer explanation of how estimates are calculated and what factors drive the cost of enhancements and would make budgeting and prioritizing development much easier.

I would recommend MindInventory to companies looking for an experienced development partner, particularly for complex mobile application projects. What problems is MindInventory solving and how is that benefiting you?

MindInventory is helping us solve the challenge of turning the GameDay Pro concept into a scalable, user-friendly mobile platform for organized golf. GameDay Pro is designed to replace the fragmented mix of group texts, spreadsheets, paper scorecards, and manual coordination that golf organizers often rely on with one system for managing participation, pairings, scoring, results, and communication.

Their development work is benefiting us by helping bring that end-to-end workflow into a real product that can serve recurring golf groups, leagues, private clubs, public courses, and golf trips. It allows us to focus more on validating the market, working with customers, and growing the business while MindInventory handles the technical execution needed to continue developing and improving the platform.
