I appreciate the connection between Value Agent and metrics, as well as the ability to actively manage and control metrics in the future. I can use shared metrics to create transparency about the value contribution of AI and IT solutions. Additionally, I can better and more easily identify the need for reusable IT solutions and data products. I also like that the lineage between use cases and IT assets can be documented and clearly presented, and that Mindfuel focuses on value and impact management instead of trying to be a tool for everything.
