What do you like best about Mindbody?

Booking is easy. The AI concierge at the bottom is helped me answer a lot of questions and navigate through mindbody. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mindbody?

Only one problem I’ve had with mind Body is that my members are unable to book classes when their membership is about to auto renew. I understand that it’s a way to make sure that they’re paying, but it’s been a downside for my paying customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mindbody solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has been helping me with retention of my customers. I’m starting to use the attentive program and the AI concierge on my website that will help benefit me in the future I’m sure by reminding people they can book classes and join us in the studio. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
