The threat detection is reliable it catches phishing attempts and spoofed sender emails before they reach the inbox, which matters a lot in a university setting where accounts are frequently targeted. I also found the [impersonation protection / attachment scanning] useful for flagging suspicious messages that looked like they came from faculty or IT. Overall it gave our lab more confidence in email security without requiring constant manual monitoring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Occasionally there were false positives a few legitimate emails, like ones from academic mailing lists or newsletters, got flagged or quarantined and needed to be manually released. The admin dashboard also had a bit of a learning curve at first before I got used to navigating the reporting and quarantine features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
