What do you dislike about Million Labs?

Maybe it wasn't 100% clear exactly what contributed as the initial build so I think in the end they wanted to push that to an end - but to be honest this is more about expectation setting, I'm sure they over delivered - it's just as someone who's never been through it, it wasn't terribly obvious. What problems is Million Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a new tool building because our current offer wasn't fulfilling all the needs of our clients. Million Labs enabled us to build that tool very quickly and for a good price that's meant we can start testing and selling it to clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
