Describe the project or task Millennium Staffing Services helped with:

I really enjoyed using Millenium at the spa I worked with. I was able to schedule appointments with Massage therapists and estheticians who were available that day, search our global database, write notes on individual profiles, add new clients very easily with the new client button, and a lot more! I could also copy and paste appointments to different days if clients rescheduled. The software was used every single day at my work for pretty much everything and it kept the day organized and very easy to read for all employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Millennium Staffing Services?

I loved how we were able to easily search for a client on our database and the global database to see if they have been into one of our locations or another location. It made life a whole lot easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Millennium Staffing Services?

There's not much I dislike about this, except for the fact that the software seemed to freeze sometimes in the worst scenarios. That problem could've been on our end rather than the software itself but is still a bummer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Millennium Staffing Services solving and how is that benefiting you?

Millenium has really impacted my work a ton just by giving me a lot of options to see how well me and my other employees are doing in sales with individual percentages, (product and gift card revenue). It's also very easy to see how much a massage therapist or esthetician is booked up based on a percentage that is shown. Also, being able to write notes with different topics on a client's account is extremely helpful for the future of a client becoming loyal to our company for months and months.
