What do you like best about Millennium ILS?

It works smoothly and is a stable system. Being an IT professional that supports our Library staff and faculty where Millennium is concerned, I have found that the interfaces are easy enough to be used by those that are not as technical as others. What do you dislike about Millennium ILS?

The SSL certificates have been the most difficult part of the system. With the move to most all related site being SSL (which is a good thing), the deployment of the certificates have been a bit of a challenge. It is more technical than some Library personnel want to get into. We had to purchase a wildcard certificate to be used. Even after properly submitting it, iii seemed to have difficulty themselves getting it installed in all the correct places. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Do some googling and read about them in various forums.

Go to their webpage and look around and see it it fits your needs.

What problems is Millennium ILS solving and how is that benefiting you?

It give the Library a relatively easy user interface for all of their needs. It is more stable than some services we have seen. Page loads are quite fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
