What do you like best about MilesWeb?

I would like to appreciate the responsiveness and accuracy of the technical support while dealing with the domain setup and sub domain configuration. They assisted me in the free domain setup as well which was bundled up with the plan. As a user i was making errors jn updating A, CNAME, and MX records. But the technical documentation and support service option available in the client area helped me verify SPF and DKIM records. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MilesWeb?

The domain management and client account areas could really use a UI upgrade. I ran into a few navigation issues while trying to move around the interface, and it wasn’t always as intuitive as I expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MilesWeb solving and how is that benefiting you?

Removal of DNS misconfiguration during website setup and domain routing was a core, remarkable assistance from the MilesWeb support team. They quickly inspected the issue and troubleshot the zone files and record alignment, ensuring our external services and domains stayed stable without extended downtime.
