What do you like best about Milestone?

The people are great. The service is well thought out and effective. Its been a major upgrade over my general bookkeeper. The level of sophistication, dashboarding and then decision making coming out of my financial apparatus I am very happy with. I have seen DSO drop from 40 to 20, which was a pain point we identified and they helped resolve.

I have seen my main point of contact change, they have always transitioned the account seamlessly. I truly dont worry about my back office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Milestone?

Honestly not a lot. I do think I could benefit from more financial guidance, fractional CFO. I have had a hard time pulling the trigger on it just based on where I am at, but they have been great at articulating the potential value and making me believe it would really benefit me. Recommendations to others considering Milestone:

Milestone sits between a fulltime hire and sort of you basic contract bookkeeper. I highly recommend you upgrade if you are just working with a bookkeeper. There is a lot more you can be getting out of your financial apparatus than just closing books. They do a great job of seamslessly transitioning points of contact. There isnt much they cant handle. What problems is Milestone solving and how is that benefiting you?

Milestone helps Bohu Digital with Accounting Services, HR Services, and Payroll Services. They close our books every month and is our main HR point of contact. Milestone has been pretty amazing to work with. The team is effect and efficient on the accounting side. They understand the business and are responsive when I need help or something changed.

On the HR side, Milestone has been a life saver. I have had several immediate strategic phone calls working through a need. They have employee context, they provide compliance insight and coaching. They meet with my team. When my team has questions about HR or benefits, they operate as a point of contact.
