What do you like best about MiHCM?

MiHCM is intuitive and straightforward to most of the users. As it is a cloud-based software, it can be implemented within one day. Their support team is very responsive and listens to all the problems carefully. I have to use it every day for check-in, check-out, and leave purposes at my office. It has quite good features including assigning tasks, payroll, and performance management. It could be integrated with most of the popular fingerprint machines in the market. What problems is MiHCM solving and how is that benefiting you?

In this modern world like every office mine also uses HRM software which is MiHCM. I check in and also check out the office punching in the application. I also applied for leave at MiHCM when I needed it. I can also view my performance, and my payroll data from this app. I also hand over my duties to my college without bothering the HR manager.
