"Best Email Migration Solution"

4/5

What do you like best about MigrateEmails?

When we as a team were using this for the first time, it was such an amazing tool. This is the best tool for file conversion and Email Migration. The best part about it is, it is not very expensive to configure whether it's for a new setup or existing. During our internship, we used it for 3 months. The best part is that we can integrate it with any cloud solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MigrateEmails?

The only part we as a team disliked during the internship was that it had some issues in configuration. The only part we did not like was its complications in configuration. It was not easy to understand and configure as per need because it was very new for all, and their support team was not very technically aware of this product. What problems is MigrateEmails solving and how is that benefiting you?

As I mentioned above, this had issues in configuration in the initial days. There was not much support team there. We opened a ticket to solve the configuration issue, but the support team responded very late, almost after a month. The product was very tough for us to understand. Then finally, we got a technician assigned, and that help was really great in configuration. And nowadays, we can see they have really improved their support service. They have many dedicated teams to support their features, services, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
