**What do you like best about MightyCall?**

I like that with MightyCall, you can have different voicemail drops depending on if you're calling a new client or someone you've already spoken to. I like that you can use local presence to increase pick up rates and they allow you to use their ai voicemail creator. I also like having multiple options for where you'd like it to ring if you're not working from your computer, which means I no longer miss a call if the customer does connect (PC, direvt to app, direct to cell). Additionally, I appreciate that MightyCall is one of the only carriers that does not require a CRM, and the setup is pretty easy with step-by-step instructions.

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

The biggest thing I wish MightyCall could improve is if it did an automatic voicemail drop for every call made without us having to physically be on the line. I wish it would just leave a voicemail automatically, and only connect a live customer.

**What problems is MightyCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MightyCall lets us feel like a large office again even though we have fewer agents; this allows us to maintain the productivity like when we had 4 dedicated dialers, and the system enables us to handle an enormous amount of calls effectively.

**What do you like best about MightyCall?**

I like that MightyCall makes it easy to quickly view text messages, voicemails, and make phone calls all in one easy-to-find place. Our agents were able to start using MightyCall within about an hour after getting set up, and it was easy for them to learn and start making/taking calls. We had the whole business set up in one day, which is impressive. Text messaging is a feature we use a lot, and it's really helpful that if someone is out, a team member can easily pick up the text messages. The initial setup of MightyCall was very easy; once we understood how to set up call flows, we built everything within one business day.

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

From my standpoint, I think the reporting needs to be improved. Other than that, nothing that I can think of.

**What problems is MightyCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MightyCall lets me quickly view text messages, voicemails, and make phone calls in one place. It's easy for new hires to learn, and is ser friendly. Text messaging ensures prompt responses or team pick-up if someone is unavailable. In adiditon, we do not need a developer to make any changes to the workflows.

**What do you like best about MightyCall?**

One of the biggest advantages is that it’s app-based, which allows me to take calls and manage everything from anywhere. That flexibility has been a huge benefit for my day-to-day operations.

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

There are a few downsides—occasionally, settings seem to change without me making updates, which can be frustrating.

**What problems is MightyCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MightyCall helps me manage my business communications in a much more efficient and professional way. As a small business owner, I need to be accessible to clients at all times, and the app-based system allows me to take calls and respond to messages from anywhere instead of being tied to an office phone.

It also helps ensure that I never miss important client calls. Features like call routing, voicemail, and notifications make it easy to stay on top of everything, even when I’m busy or out of the office.

**What do you like best about MightyCall?**

I like that MightyCall has a good interface and the call quality is good. It provides a free platform to send texts to customers, which is really helpful. It has given me a good experience for making calls, and I can make inbound and outbound calls easily. It's pretty good for my day-to-day business needs.

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

I would like to see how many minutes I spend on calls, both outbound and inbound. It would be great to have an email or ticketing system added, which could make it a very good CRM. Also, sometimes the app disconnects automatically when I switch tabs. The mobile app is a bit buggy; it shows texts from two clients in one contact.  Also We got told in the start that texts are unlimited but in the month end they always ask us to buy more texts as the limit is exhausted so i did not like that part and i have to pay extra money every month.

**What problems is MightyCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MightyCall solves my daily communication needs by providing a good experience for calls, and a free platform to send texts to customers. It's valuable for my B2C business with inbound and outbound calls and texting.

**What do you like best about MightyCall?**

The ability to create a new call flow and adding additional phone lines to it. Great ROI. Also, I got quick support for the questions I had.

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

The interface while is clean, does not feel up to date.

**What problems is MightyCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating a new campaign from scratch is easy—from adding a new toll-free number, to building the call flow, and then getting to the reports for it.

**What do you like best about MightyCall?**

Being able to text clients from the same number, while also saving their numbers, has been great.

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

Not getting the caller id has been the most difficult.

**What problems is MightyCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to have the voicemail set up and to have the clients return the phone calls after they’ve been called. My system has been able to call the client clients back to in a timely manner.

**What do you like best about MightyCall?**

I like that MightyCall is easy to use, with a simple interface and very attentive and helpful support. Everything really works well. The webphone is what I use the most and it is very easy to use and configure. The initial setup of MightyCall was also super easy and only took me a few minutes.

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

perhaps a better integration with VPNs

I use MightyCall to make and receive calls and text messages. It resolves communication with U.S. clients.

**What do you like best about MightyCall?**

I like the ease of access and the visibility of agent status; it's super easy to change their statuses and monitor active statuses as a supervisor. I like how I can whisper or barge in on a call as a supervisor. It's really easy to find calls in reporting and pulling reports as CSV files.

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

There are some bugs in the reporting—when looking at different areas relating to calls for a specific agent, the numbers don’t really match up. Also, agents report getting dropped calls on occasion.

**What problems is MightyCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like MightyCall's ease of access, visibility of agent status, and how it lets me easily change and monitor statuses. The whisper or barge feature is handy for supervisors, and finding calls and pulling reports as CSVs is straightforward.

It’s very good for SMBs, and their customer service is always available, so there’s no downtime for you.

It kind of has some issues with its features, which is frustrating. It also needs some improvements.

It facilitates linking me to my customers at the lowest cost, and it doesn’t require any hard integration.
