**What do you like best about MightyCall?**

As for MightyCall, I once found it to be a valuable solution that catered to the needs of its time. The features it offered were quite impressive and aligned well with the technological landscape of that era. Back then, it provided functionalities that were considered advanced and helpful for managing our communication and customer interactions.

However, as time has progressed and technology has evolved, my perspective on MightyCall has shifted. While the features that I previously liked were indeed commendable for their time, they no longer meet the demands of today's fast-paced and dynamic business environment. Unfortunately, MightyCall seems to have fallen behind in terms of both functionality and flexibility compared to the more modern solutions available.

Moreover, the technology on which MightyCall was built now appears to have been limited in its scope and vision. This restricted its ability to adapt to the ever-changing needs of businesses and the advancements in communication technology.

In hindsight, the features that were once a strong point for MightyCall are now outperformed by more current alternatives in the market. As businesses have embraced more robust and adaptable solutions, MightyCall's inability to keep up has become evident.

While I acknowledge the positive aspects MightyCall once had, I now believe that it no longer represents an effective solution, especially when compared to the more innovative options that are available today.

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

As for the aspects of MightyCall that I find less favorable, I have come to realize that the platform's limitations have become more pronounced over time. While I previously appreciated certain features, it's now evident that they have not kept pace with the advancements in technology and the evolving needs of businesses.

One of the significant drawbacks I've encountered is the lack of modern functionality and flexibility. Features that once seemed impressive have now become restrictive and inadequate in comparison to more contemporary alternatives. This has a direct impact on our ability to efficiently manage communication and customer interactions, which are crucial aspects of our operations.

Furthermore, MightyCall's technology appears to have been designed with a narrow vision, resulting in a solution that struggles to adapt to the diverse and dynamic demands of the present business landscape. This rigidity hampers our ability to stay agile and responsive in an environment where quick adaptation is key to success.

In essence, while MightyCall might have been sufficient in the past, its shortcomings have become increasingly noticeable as we strive to stay competitive in today's rapidly changing world. As much as I valued the platform's previous offerings, I now find that it falls short in meeting the expectations and demands of businesses that require adaptable and future-ready solutions.

**What problems is MightyCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The only thing might call offers is a better price point by $4/mo but I may switch to another solution after 3 years of failed expectations

**What problems is MightyCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use MightyCall so that our partner who is thousands of miles away in the Philippines can call our clients in the USA for quality control purposes, using a US-bound number. I am then able to also use that same number to speak with these clients, if needed.

Elaf in support is awesome. Love being able to get help from a person right away.

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

Only hesitation with recommending is their Deskphone support isn't 100% there. It works but def has some bugs. IF you switch to the app it's a breeze to manage and set up for new users.

Miles beyond any offering from AT&T /Verizon.

**What do you like best about MightyCall?**

You can very simply customize how to direct your calls through a main line number and send to specific employees/departments. They make the UX easy to understand and navigate. I especially appreciate the ability to set individual availability times as a remote organization that has employees in different time zones. I also want to add that their customer service team is EXCELLENT, readily available via chat, and have always solved any issues quite quickly.

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

At times, you can create the same setting for the same number in different places, and if you accidentally do that, you may have conflicting settings that cause issues. That said, when this happened to me, I chatted with support and they were able to both show me where the issues were coming from and which options were best to resolve.

**Recommendations to others considering MightyCall:**

The price seemed too good to be true, and I thought they must compromise functionality for it - in fact, they do not! They simplified the experience and the system to be a modern phone system, compared to 90% of others who feel like they were programmed in the 90s.

**What problems is MightyCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have used other phone systems with nearly identical capabilites. The differences Mighty Call offers are simplicity of UX (rather than feeling like you need to become an expert on the system before being able to properly use it), and the price, hands down, is the best out there.

**What do you like best about MightyCall?**

I bought it for the call recording feature but was impressed with other factors as well. The best thing I like about MightyCall is that I can expand my business without adding additional user costs. I went from 1 to 7 people and was able to keep the cost consistent by providing them with line extension that went to their mobiles. This was especially helpful during summer internships when we added 4 more users for 3 months. At one point I needed an answering service to answer my calls and the setup to add them worked well with the system. Also the service was quality--I've used VOIP services in the paste that have spotty connections and robotic tone when it cuts out that lets you know you're on a VOIP call. I've never experienced that with MightyCall.

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

I don't like that the rates went up. Now that I'm a single user model again it isn't worth the cost. In addition although all of the users have different extenstions, SMS messages sent will go to everyone with an extension without differentiation or setup features. Also, the chat representatives though very professional and helpful probably have too many clients at the same time because you could be left "waiting while they look into it" for more than 5 minutes and all of the responses are not instantaneous which is what you expect in a chat.

**What problems is MightyCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a great work-life balance solution. Being able to customize my businesses call times so that my phone doesn't ring during off hours is a big win. Improves customer-facing professionalism of the company with extensions and directories to "customer service", "billing", and "the next available agent" although all three may be handled by the same person.

**What do you like best about MightyCall?**

Mighty Call was responsive, helpful, and easy to set up.  They worked with me on payment plan options and their service would be an asset for any business.  It was very simple to import a .wav file for the voicemail greeting.

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

I don't think there are any downsides to using  Mighty Call, as their service is well thought out, and intuitive.  Pricing is competetive with other virtual phone number services.

**What problems is MightyCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FOr a small business owner that isn't ready for a land line, Might Call would be a viable solution for you.

**What do you like best about MightyCall?**

I rarely have dropped calls. Auto records conversations and alerts the user as well. Separate extensions for everyone on my team too. Other competitors are constantly dropping calls and it doesn't have a streamlined business system.

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

I can't think of anything I don't like. Even the price works just fine. The only thing is they always prompt me to fill out my address for my location so that emergency services can find me when I make calls. I might dislike the inconvenience of having to enter that in but that's for my safety, I shouldn't ding them for it.

My marketing agency has team members all over the USA. As a result, no one is there to pick up one ringing landline in the office so mighty call solves this problem for me

MightyCall is best cloud based calling software with good quality and where we can keep a track of each call and analyse it later. With features like SMS service , music on hold we keep our customer engaged. We can create notes while on call which help us to keep the important information related to callers at one place that's why totaly liked it.

Nothing, For me MightyCall has most important feature like call waiting, call transfer and call forwarding which is very useful for our organisation. We can analysis our agents calls with help of live call monitoring and provide them feedback which helps us achieve higher productivity. With the help of MightCall we can create conference call.

After using the MightyCall our agent's accountability has been increases as we can monitor live calls and provides call center report to them. We can set our call flow design and recorded greeting messages for our callers with AI feature to monitor call quality That's why surely recommended to my colleagues.

**What do you like best about MightyCall?**

Mighty Call was great at first. We have used them for almost four years, and the prices couldn't be beaten. Recently mighty call notified us that they would start charging us more but would allow us to pay a discounted rate for the next two years. However, I don't need any of the added features of the new plans, which is why we stayed in the $39.99 plan. 

I have two issues with this one. I wasn't offered to change my plan; I was forced 2 they never disclosed the new price after two years. And almost doubled my current rate as the "locked-in "price for the next two years. I can tell you this they have just lost a long-term customer because of this. I don't care about the cost its the principle of not having been given an option.

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

They have grown and now are putting customers after profits. I think that changing clients plans with out there approval or premission is not good customer service and shouldnt be done.

**What problems is MightyCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mighty Call isn't solving any problems for us; they provide us with a service we need at a price we like. Whether we had MightyCall or any other company, the use case would still be the same.

Early on it didn't have some of the integrations (like Hubspot), but that has since been updated and there is integration with Hubspot.

Provides inbound and outbound tracking, recording and notification of calls.

**What do you like best about MightyCall?**

Mightycall is perfect for our business as it provides good quality cloud-based calling with other various features like call forwarding, SMS facilities, voicemail, and call recording. Our client will see the company number every time contact him regarding work. It is very easy to use as it has a call notes feature which helps agents to write important details regarding calls.

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

Nothing, for Mightycall, is the best virtual calling system which is designed for my business type as we can analyze our call during or after the call and generate call report, we can easily create a conference call with our clients so I will surely recommend it to my corporate friends.

With the help of MightyCall now we can easily analyze our calls with the help of the dashboard we have multiple options like call baring, agent report, call listening and many more which help my business to grow further. In MightyCall we create a group and make our conference call while sitting at any place and the best part is that they use artificial intelligence to monitor call quality.

**What do you like best about MightyCall?**

It checks all of the boxes without all the useless fluff that a lot of other phone companies seem to have. We have tried so many different providers, but none have held up to MightyCall!

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

It relies heavily on having a solid internet connection. You could miss or drop a call if you have even a moment of spotty service. I highly recommend strong internet that is hardlined in!

**What problems is MightyCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a small team and a phone number that people often text. Some systems we have used gave us an extension but wouldn't let us view messages, calls, or anything our teammates were working on. This is fine if you are a regular worker but, as the COO this should always be available to monitor. Other systems would not allow us to use our phone number to text from because we assigned it with an auto attendant. So we were not really able to use our phone number that we put out into the world on our marketing.

**What do you like best about MightyCall?**

Setup and call flows are really nice. The technical support is responsive and excellent. The built-in SIP support is really a winner for us. We were previously using eVoice and it can only forward out to existing phone numbers (which themselves become spam call traps). This is so much better.

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

Some of the call flows could be extended a bit. For example, after making a menu selection that plays an announcement, it returns to the main menu. I would like it to make the announcement and just hang up. Also, the "journal" entries can be hidden but not deleted. It would be nice to just delete old entries permanently.

**What problems is MightyCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MightyCall directly supports SIP phones without needing an external service (and without those phones having direct phone numbers). This is great because it has eliminated direct spam calls. It also supports multiple call flows for our different business units.

It works great for calling and messaging most of the time. It's definitely one of the better VOIP services I've used.

Sometimes I've had strange bugs with calls not being made properly, or notifications not working quite right on my mobile app. But these have always managed to get fixed eventually through talking with support.

I'm able to answer customers, send texts to colleagues, and perform VOIP functionality in general.

I like being able to have a number separte from my own that I can share with vendors. It's helpful to know when my phone rigning is business or personal.

The settings are a little confusing -- it's different from phone to phone.

We're able to have a vendor call one number that could be answered by any of us. It useful if someone is away or not on the clock.

MightyCall has allowed me to streamline my calls and have a professional system for an at-home/remote business. No more calls coming into my cell phone at all hours of the day and night.

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

To be honest, once you learn how to use it, it is pretty easy to follow either from your desktop or the phone app - or both!

**What problems is MightyCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MightyCall has allowed our company to move from cell phone use to an office/business line. We even currently have a user out of the country.  I now have business hours and a phone tree, so I no longer receive calls/texts all hours of the day and night and the callers are able to select who they actually need to speak to.

Most helpful is the ability to route phone calls wherever I need them. Also, the ability to upload different greetings is great. I love the widget for the website.

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

I have been a MightyCall customer since they first began, and improvements have been made constantly. I honestly do not dislike anything about MightyCall. If something is wrong, I email them, and it gets fixed or added as a new feature. It would be nice if they offered more vanity number options or a way for someone to text me, and I automatically send them back my company information, almost like a short code.

**What problems is MightyCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mightycall is solving the problem of having an affordable and flexible phone system. I can assign extensions to different phone numbers, and the calls are routed there. The system also allows me only to receive calls when I want to receive them.

**What do you like best about MightyCall?**

The easy-to-forward numbers from one team member to another.  We love that all calls are recorded, making it very easy to ensure that no one falls through the cracks.  LOVE LOVE LOVE how easy the call direct and warm call transfers are.

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

No matter what we do to filter phone numbers, all staff sees all our numbers - this often leads to someone calling out on the wrong hotline number, which leads to clients calling the wrong person.  Sometimes we have trouble hearing during the initial connection.

The features and service, coupled with the cost, have made MightyCall a perfect fit for our small nonprofit organization. Its offerings give us a  more professional appearance and make us look larger than we really are. We especially enjoy the ability to use our conference phones as well as their mobile app.

The admin interface has been overhauled a few times and is still not very intuitive. The admin cannot manage all of the user settings which can become an issue when dealing with tech-challenged users.

The customer service is world class, anytime I have a question of how to improve the usability of my service help is a chat or call away. There are other services, but Mighty Call can give you just the basics and the as your needs grow they are there to support.

There is a lot to the service and unfortunately there are quite a bit of add ons that don't come standard with the service. Giving customers more options for voicemail messages without upgrading would be great.

MightyCall allows me to be available to my customers from anywhere without having to provide my personal cellphone number. It has allowed me to take calls while out of the office and make the sale when the opportunity arises.

It is a platform that provides various call management features, this features are like calling, call forwarding and many other things. One thing which I like the most is that our employees are at different locations so it becomes easy to provide employees the virtual numbers.

The interface is not user-friendly, and sometimes the call quality is also reduced, which causes problems for our calling team to contact the users. The interface should be changed.

As we have to call the users, and not only 1-2 calls but more than 1000 calls per day, so for us, it is benefitting a lot. We can even easily forward the calls, record, and revert the calls.

I wish the reports were a bit more customizable; I would like to be able to monitor calls live as well. I've also had several tabs titled "Social", "Request", "Tasks" and "All" that say "Coming soon" but nothing has come yet.

It really solves the trouble of sending SMS. Other VoIP systems and CRMs offer SMS; However, the integration is often sloppy, and you require the client to register for one or two sites.

We are based in the UK, and it allows us to forward calls from other countries to the customer service team. We can have a local number which helps encourage customers to call us.

We have to enter the area code into a time zone checker on  google to check the time zone before calling a customer. It is a small thing but would be cool to have a box on mightycall where we can do that.

The fact that I have multiple lines and agents.  I can set up the call flow to how our business operates and use text messaging when needed.  The system was easy to set up and easy to use.

I do not really have any dislikes about the system.  I'm not too fond of that if the phone system transfers to a landline it does not seem to record the call, which is not beneficial.

**What do you like best about MightyCall?**

Whenever I have questions or need help with something, customer service is always fast and efficient and the reps are always pleasant to work with. This has made staying with Mightycall over the years an easy choice because even if I encounter an issue, it gets resolved, so I am always happy with the service. The call flow setup is easy to set up and manage and covers all the needs a business has. The user face in general is clean and easy to operate. They are continuously listening to their customers and adding new features.

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

While they are working on developing more direct integrations with other software, right now that is limited to a few companies - and then they also have an API key option that you can use to integrate manually. When importing contacts the system will duplicate instead of merging with contacts already there. Every once in a while the app gets a little glitchy - but that might also be my phone.

**What problems is MightyCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We do not have a physical office anymore and our staff is located all across the country. Mightycall makes it so that someone doesn't need to be by a physical phone during business hours and it allows us to have a professional phone system with call flows etc for a lower cost that it would be with hardware. There have been many cases where I have had to run an errand, and because mightycall just goes straight to my cell I have been able to answer the phone and often land new clients while away from my desk.

**What do you like best about MightyCall?**

Voice recordings included in all packages are a game changer for us.  When customers swear that "some employee yesterday" promised them something they were not entitled to, we now have an easy way to look it up.  Same goes for employees who say somebody approved their time off, late arrival, etc.  Call Journal is easy to search and linked to address book giving a lite, making it easy to see every call to/from a given number.  The price (no longer available for new customers, unfortunately) was also fantastic as it was priced per location rather than per user, so i can add extensions around my facility an no cost (other than the hardware.)

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

No real integration into any SIP phone's built-in features.  For example, you cannot just press the transfer button to transfer a call.  You need to press **<extension># instead.  It is not intuitive and takes a while to get used to, but it works on any phone regardless of brand or features.  Putting a call on hold works similarly.

**What problems is MightyCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Switching to mighty call reduced our monthly phone costs, simplified our ancient telecom wiring, and allowed as to add as many extensions as we liked.  Call logging and call recording have given us far greater ability to monitor our call history

Easy to set up the call routing. Having each call recorded is really helpful. Also, the ability to jot down notes about the call is nice. I've never tried other VoIPs before so this was a good intro because it was really simple for the most part.

I wish that the text messages would actually go to our phones, but I'm not sure how that would work with multiple people on it. Also, the call timeout is kind of confusing having one for the group and one for each user. That still isn't really clear to me. Also, it would be nice if there was a quick way to add a contact's name while you're in the Journal and not have to go into the contact-create interface and then have to go back to the Journal.

Having one number route to different users. Obviously, it benefits us by streamlining inbound calls.

The entire process of learning the product's competitive advantages to onboarding to adoption has been seamless.  I've dealt with various Mighty Call employees and everyone is more than willing to jump in and help, answer questions, and provide more knowledge or coaching, it's the best and fastest service you could get.

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

We have no complaints about the program, and the application is fantastic. If I had to make 1 suggestion, it would be a button in the app that took me straight to our general voicemail inbox. (This may already be present and I don't know it...lol)

**What problems is MightyCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had rapid growth as a small business and felt there were better options than what we had with Google. We moved to Mighty Call, which included two lines, and we could port over our google number. So now we have a LEAD line or emergency line and a main line for post-sales calls to service and assist customers. It's helped us separate and track our calls much better. We also take advantage of the notes that your ability to put into rings. We are a transactional business, so once we complete our services, we part ways with our customers.  Having the notes and recorded calls help keep us in the loop on previous calls once we are on the line with them for a 2nd, 3rd, 4th time.
