What do you like best about Midcall?

What do you dislike about Midcall?

The only real shortcoming for me is the cold call. The tool is excellent for incoming calls and scheduled appointments, but there is not yet a dedicated module for cold prospecting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Midcall solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem it solves is the mental load during the call. Truly listening, delivering your pitch, handling objections, and taking notes at the same time is too much for one person—one of the four always gets dropped. Midcall takes care of memory and argumentation, and I focus on listening.

The second point is handling objections. Before, the right answers were in a document I reviewed before the call and forgot during it. Now, the answer comes as soon as the objection arises. For the classics (price, "we already have a provider", "send me a brochure"), I no longer get caught off guard as easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
