What do you like best about Microworks Sales Management?

Easily keep track of customer info (non club & club members), orders & inventory. Merging customer information & finding duplicate information is very helpful. Being able to keep track of inventory in 3 different places on WD keeps things organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microworks Sales Management?

I wish you could see orders from cash manager on WD right away rather than having to wait for registers to be posted end of day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microworks Sales Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to process orders and group them as needed. Inventory is handled through WD and having one system for our 3 inventory locations is better to maintain. All of our customer information is logged into WD and we are able to see purchase history and notes on their account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
