What do you like best about Microsoft Windows Server 2016 with SQL Server 2017 Enterprise?

Microsoft windows 2016 support on SQL 2017 makes the legacy OS (Windows 2012 R2 to 2016) upgrade path much easier without compromising the application performance.

Environment running in hybrid can evolve to cloud adaption smoothly.

Automatic Plan Correction is very great features in SQL 2007 enabled, SQL Server monitors query performance using Query Store data.

Identity cache is helpful to avoid discrepancy in values of identity columns, in the case of unexpected shutdown or patching scenarios.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Windows Server 2016 with SQL Server 2017 Enterprise?

New Features of SQL 2017 are not added automatically after the upgrade from previous version. Administrators prefer to add the new features automatically which is not impacting performance or affect the application.
