What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

I can chat with my teammates about anything I need, and it's quick. I can also attend the meetings we have. I find it easier to talk with my teammates than call them when I run into an issue with a customer. I also love being able to send funny GIFs to my co-workers for a pick-me-up! What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

Sometimes the connection with teams during the meetings is slow. When I save a photo and send it in a chat, it will override the other photo I had already sent. That can be an issue because I like to have all of my photos on there if I ever need them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Microsoft Teams:

Easy to use for chatting with friends, family, and co-workers. Easy to be able to schedule meetings by call or via video. If you want something fast and easy to use, I recommend Microsoft teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Teams solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can get quick answers to my questions, especially when it comes to customers calling in. I find it easy to tell my co-workers when I've stepped away from my desk for anything, including lunch.
