What do you like best about Microsoft Teams Integration+ for Jira?

I personally use Microsoft Teams Integration+ for Jira because it helps me reduce context switching and streamline collaboration for development and team management. It centralizes updates, issue creation, and discussion directly within the Teams interface, allowing me to stay aligned with project status without constantly switching applications. I appreciate being able to create, edit, comment, and update the status of tickets right from a chat or channel tab, helping me to work faster and smoother. What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams Integration+ for Jira?
