What do you like best about Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central?

It makes my day-to-day work much smoother because finance, sales, inventory, and reporting all connect automatically. That means I’m not wasting time jumping between systems or manually reconciling data. What do you dislike about Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central?

Sometimes, the platform can feel a bit limited when I’m trying to set up very specific or highly customized workflows. I often end up needing a developer or partner to make adjustments, rather than being able to configure everything easily on my own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously, we had to rely on separate tools for accounting, inventory, sales, and reporting. That setup often led to duplicate data entry, mistakes, and delays in getting accurate information.
