What I like most about Microsoft Copilot Studio is how easy it is to build custom AI copilots without a lot of coding. The integration with Microsoft 365, Teams, and Power Platform feels seamless, which lets me create bots that can actually pull data from SharePoint, Outlook, and Dataverse. I also appreciate the drag-and-drop flow builder and the pre-built connectors, since they save a lot of development time compared with building a chatbot from scratch. The licensing costs feel a bit confusing and can be expensive for small teams. On top of that, the debugging and testing experience for more complex conversational flows can be slow. I’ve also noticed that the bot sometimes responds with generic answers instead of pulling from the specific knowledge source I connected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
