"No-Code Agents That Fit Seamlessly into Teams and Microsoft 365"

5/5

What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot Studio?

No-code setup that lets non-developers build useful agents. Grounding answers in our own SharePoint documents makes responses relevant, and it works inside Teams and Microsoft 365, so there’s nothing new for users to learn Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot Studio?

Answer quality depends heavily on how clean and consistent your source documents are. Tuning instructions takes some trial and error, and more advanced logic gets fiddly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Copilot Studio solving and how is that benefiting you?

I used to spend a good chunk of my day answering the same policy and process questions over email and Teams. Now people get quick, reliable answers from an agent built on our own documents, and that has given me back real time for work that needs a human touch. Employees like getting answers instantly instead of waiting on a reply. I’ve also loved how easily I can turn an idea into a working prototype without waiting on a development team. As someone who isn’t technical, that makes experimenting feel easy and low-risk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
