What do you like best about Microsoft Cloud for Sustainability?

MCS provides robust analytics and capabilities, enabling users to gain valuable insights into their environmental impact and track progress towards sustainability goals. And it provides a user-friendly interface and intuitive design, making it accessible to users with varying levels of technical expertise. Although this is valued for its comprehensive approach to sustainability management, this platform provides excellent customer support. Also, the features are very easy to implement. What do you dislike about Microsoft Cloud for Sustainability?

In MCS, users might desire more flexibility in customizing the platform to suit their specific sustainability goals and metrics, but through the current interface, we can't do that. One major problem is the cost of the services. While Microsoft Cloud for Sustainability integrates well with other Microsoft tools, it does not perform well with third-party software.
