"Great for Professional Emails, Process Docs, and Summaries in M365"

4/5

What do you like best about Microsoft 365 Copilot?

Good for professional, formal email write-ups and for quickly preparing detailed process and work documents. It also offers multiple options to refine the tone of writing in different ways. It can extract and summarize documents and email threads well. It works well with the M365 apps and can analyze organizational-level data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft 365 Copilot?

It sometimes glitches and doesn’t perform the exact activity I ask for. For example, when I ask it to convert a given process into a document, the document it generates is sometimes not exactly in line with what I requested it to convert. It tends to shorten the content and usually tries to create a one-page document. I often need multiple prompts to get the output document in the format and level of detail I’m expecting. What problems is Microsoft 365 Copilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

It saves me a lot of time when I’m preparing official documentation and writing project metric logic. It can also look into the data available within the organization and provide the outputs I need—analysis that could otherwise take me days to find. On top of that, it’s able to fetch and analyze data from other software that the customer organization uses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
