What do you like best about Micetro DDI?

I really like that Micetro DDI allows us to manage our existing DNS and DHCP services through one interface. This makes it easier to review records and IP address allocations together. The centralized visibility that it provides, while being able to retain and operate the infrastructure we already have, is something I truly value. Additionally, the initial setup of Micetro DDI was excellent, which helped get us up and running quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Micetro DDI?

I would welcome more accessible AI-assisted investigation features that could explain configuration issues using actual DDI records. It would be great if agentic workflows could prepare remediation plans and execute approved changes with scoped permissions, impact checks, audit trails, and tested recovery procedures. I'm exploring additional integration options for automations, ITSM, monitoring, and AI-assisted workflows, and sometimes need to work around solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
