What do you like best about MIA?

What I like best about revcrew.ai is how remarkably intuitive and friction-free the platform is. We onboarded earlier this year, and setting up workflows was surprisingly quick and simple. On top of a solid product, their team is top-tier—every question or piece of feedback we've submitted has been handled rapidly and with real care. What do you dislike about MIA?

What problems is MIA solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior to MIA, we were using Drift, which required endless maintenance to set up keyword rules, had clunky routing, and gave us very little reporting. MIA completely modernized our setup. It replaces manual rule upkeep with actual AI intent recognition, cleans up our routing, and provides the reporting depth we were previously missing, allowing our team to focus on revenue rather than inbox management.
