I love how MIA keeps our inbox consistently clean, cutting down on noise and making it much easier to focus on the messages that actually matter. It’s very effective at filtering out low-value replies and quickly routing the important ones, which has improved our speed and responsiveness. One thing that really stands out is that sometimes it almost feels like it isn’t doing anything at all, but that’s actually a sign of how well it’s working in the background.
