What do you like best about Metrobi Delivery Management Software?

The biggest advantage for our team is having complete visibility throughout the delivery process. Metrobi combines route optimization, live driver tracking, customer notifications, and proof of delivery into one platform, making it much easier to manage daily operations.

The proof of delivery tools have been especially valuable because our drivers can capture signatures, photos, and delivery notes at every stop. This has reduced delivery disputes and provided a dependable record for our customer service team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Metrobi Delivery Management Software?

I would like additional options for customizing notifications and analytics based on different delivery teams. While the existing reports are informative, more flexibility would help larger operations analyze performance more effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Metrobi has simplified our entire last mile delivery workflow. It has reduced manual route planning, improved communication between dispatchers and drivers, increased delivery accountability through digital proof of delivery, and provided customers with accurate tracking information.
