What do you like best about Metrobi Delivery Management Software?

Our business experiences large spikes in deliveries during holidays and special occasions, and Metrobi has handled those demands very well. The automated route optimization allows us to organize dozens of deliveries efficiently without spending hours planning routes manually.

The live tracking feature gives our team complete visibility into driver locations, making it much easier to answer customer questions. I also appreciate the proof of delivery functionality because every completed order includes a signature or photo, giving us a reliable record whenever customers request confirmation. What do you dislike about Metrobi Delivery Management Software?

The reporting tools are useful, although I would enjoy having more customization when comparing delivery performance over longer periods. Aside from that, the overall experience has been very positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Metrobi Delivery Management Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Metrobi, we spent too much time coordinating drivers manually and responding to customer delivery inquiries. Now route planning is much faster, deliveries are tracked in real time, and every completed delivery includes verified proof of delivery.
