What do you like best about MetricStream Operational Risk Management?

Level of integration of all components of the GRC system (e.g. ability to tie loss events, with risk issues, processes etc.).

I am an M6 user, we are in the process of migration to M7: MetricStream has been very good so far in supporting the migration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MetricStream Operational Risk Management?

I am an M6 user. The GUI is somewhat antiquated however we are migrating to M7 which has a much more modern GUI (have not yet used it in true production mode). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MetricStream Operational Risk Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

The application has allowed us to streamline and standardize loss event recording and metrics data collection globally.

We plan on expanding our use to new modules (RCSA and others) and expect the value of the solution, as an integrated GRC, to augment as a result. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
