I can keep track of all pending/open requests easily. Once I complete a task, it moves to the completed section. I can also reopen a completed task should I need to add notes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can't sort by the person assigning the tasks. I have to review each task till I can find what I'm looking for, thereby wasting precious time. I hope this is sorting feature that will be added in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
