What do you like best about Metaprise Agent Operating System?

The thing I like most is how Metaprise just gets to work in the background. I don't need to be a tech wizard to set up basic automations. I was able to create an agent that monitors our inventory and automatically adjusts pickup times if a truck is running late. It's not just suggesting things for me to do; it's actually executing the tasks. I also have to give a shout-out to their support team. When we hit a snag integrating it with our oldertruck tracking system, they were super helpful. They didn't just send me a link to a knowledge base; they got on a call and walked me through it step-by-step, which I really appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Metaprise Agent Operating System?

I think the user interface could be a little cleaner and more straight-forward for guys like me who just want a quick snapshot of what’s going wrong right now. Sometimes you have to dig a bit too deep to find the simple stuff when you're in a rush. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Metaprise Agent Operating System solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem we had was a total lack of real-time communication between our three state offices, our warehouse staff, and our drivers on the road. I was spending half my day just putting out fires because our dispatchers were using one platform, warehouse staff another, and drivers were just using their phones. It was a mess. Metaprise has become our single source of truth. The system now keeps everyone updated automatically. For example, if a driver is going to be late for a pickup, the system will not only alert me, but it will also suggest the best route and proactively talk to the warehouse team to update them. The biggest benefit is that it’s eliminated the need for constant check-in calls. My drivers know the system has their back, and the warehouse knows what to expect. It’s taking a lot of the chaos out of my job and freeing up my time to focus on bigger operational issues instead of just playing firefighter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
