What do you like best about Metal?

I love the new agentic interface. It means I don’t have to click through multiple screens to reach an outcome; instead, I can ask a question and get to my end goal with a single natural-language prompt.<br><br>For example: “Find a list of the most relevant investors who are most likely to invest in my company based on my geo, sector, and stage.” Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Metal?

Ideally, I’d like Metal to be my end-to-end solution for everything related to fundraising—cap table management, documentation, investor communications, and so on. Basically, anything that sits on the periphery of fundraising should be handled within Metal. My goal is to stop juggling multiple tools and instead run everything directly inside Metal. What problems is Metal solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before I used Metal, I didn’t have the precision or accuracy to identify the right funds. For example, I was mostly chasing the usual suspects—the same investors that most of the companies around me had already raised from. With Metal, because it does a much better job of identifying funds that are actually relevant, I’m getting much better response rates, more calls, and stronger conversion.
