What do you like best about METAFORMA?

What surprised me most was how much easier it became to keep people engaged once they joined my programs. Usually, the hard part isn’t creating the content—it’s keeping the momentum going afterward. With the built-in workflows, reminders, and centralized communication, I spend far less time chasing people manually and more time improving the actual experience.

I also appreciate how quickly I can adapt things without having to rebuild everything from scratch. If I want to change the lesson structure, update onboarding, or adjust how people move through a program, I can do it without turning the whole system upside down. What do you dislike about METAFORMA?

I honestly haven’t run into anything that has seriously disrupted my workflow. Since the platform covers a wide range of functions, I did occasionally need a little time at the beginning to figure out where certain settings or options were located. What problems is METAFORMA solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the biggest problems it solved for me was consistency. Before, the experience people received depended too much on manual follow-ups, separate systems, and whether I remembered every small step myself. That made scaling difficult and created unnecessary gaps in communication.

Now the process feels much more structured. People receive the right information at the right stage, access is organized properly, and the overall journey feels smoother from beginning to end.
