Once a policy or campaign is locked in it is almost fire and forget. The ability to report on completed courses is very helpful as well as sending reminders to those out of compliance. Setting up a policy that can be sent out to the entire company and then new staff as they join makes onboarding much easier, never mind annual reminder training. The premade content is of a high standard. As for the product rollout and training both Savannah and Lee are heaven sent. In terms of both understanding and patience they excel. It is good to break complex info dumps down into more manageable bites but sometimes you just want to look at one bigger source to report that an individual has completed the training. Sometimes the MetaCompliance way or the highway leads to some less than intuitive contortions to get things done. This has however seen recent improvements and is heading in a more user friendly direction. The initial time investment for short info bursts can be counterproductive compared to core policy/training uses but the chunks are well made and informative.
